Elk Grove, California – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco conducted an overseas voting field registration activity in Elk Grove, California on 19 September 2026. A total of 40 Filipinos successfully registered as overseas voters.
The Consulate encourages Filipinos within its jurisdiction—including Northern California, Colorado, Northern Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming—to register and exercise their right to vote, and remain actively engaged in the Philippines’ democratic processes.
Overseas Filipinos in Utah, Northern Nevada, and neighboring states may also receive voting registration assistance on the following locations and schedules:

Available on a walk-in basis, the overseas voting registration kiosk at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco is open from 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, to provide assistance.
