PH CONSUL GENERAL UPDATES ON TRAVELING TO THE PHILIPPINES IN ‘MANGO TOURS’ WEBINAR
SAN FRANCISCO, 13 April 2021 – Philippine Consul General Neil Frank R. Ferrer participated in the live webinar of travel agency Mango Travel and Tours titled, Understanding PH Travel Requirements and Quarantine Protocols. The webinar went live on 31 March 2021 on the official Facebook page of Mango Tours and Travel: https://www.facebook.com/MangoTours. Philippine Tourism Representative Soleil Tropicales also guested in the webinar.
Consul General Ferrer gave a presentation on the latest travel restrictions in the Philippines, the necessary travel documents and visas needed to enter the Philippines and informed the public of the measures being taken by the Philippine Consulate to provide consular services in accordance with U.S./San Francisco City government health protocols.
Director Tropicales talked about the status of Philippine tourism and updates on travel safety.
Consul General Ferrer and Director Tropicales addressed questions from the public in a subsequent Q and A segment, which discussed topics, such as quarantine procedures in the Philippines and securing visas for foreign nationals./END
