Elk Grove, California – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco successfully conducted its sixth consular outreach mission for 2026 on 19 September 2026 at St. Joseph Parish in Elk Grove, California, bringing essential services to Filipinos residing in Sacramento County and neighboring communities.
Located just south of the state capital of Sacramento, Elk Grove is home to a growing Filipino American community. During the one-day outreach mission, the Consulate’s team rendered a total of 128 services to overseas Filipinos in the area.
The Knights of Rizal Sacramento Landmark Chapter and St. Joseph Parish in Elk Grove served as community partners of the Consulate’s outreach team, helping facilitate the delivery of services to the Filipino community.
The Consulate also took the opportunity to promote the VIP Tour 2027: Winter Escapade Edition, inviting members of the Filipino American community to explore the Philippines through the special tourism program.
The Elk Grove mission is the Consulate’s sixth consular outreach mission in 2026 and its fourth outreach within Northern California, reflecting its continuing efforts to make consular services more accessible to Filipinos residing across its jurisdiction.
