The extended hours are strictly for overseas voting registration; other services (e.g., passport, dual citizenship, notarial) will be available only during the Consulate\u2019s standard operating hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All Filipino citizens who are abroad or will be abroad and at least 18 years of age on 12 May 2025, and are not otherwise disqualified by law, should bring the original and a photocopy of their valid Philippine passport, and proof of current Filipino citizenship.
