SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco met with representatives of the Coalition of Filipino American Chambers of Commerce (COFACC), led by its President and CEO, Mr. Gerry Palon, on 10 September 2026 at the Philippine Center in San Francisco.
COFACC presented its national network of Filipino American chambers and business organizations and highlighted its programs on leadership development, entrepreneurship education, access to capital and markets, and business-to-business linkages. According to COFACC, its network has grown to 62 chambers with approximately 12,000 active business-owner members across the United States. The meeting identified possible areas that can be explored for collaboration, including support for business delegations, the Filipino community, and enhanced market access for entrepreneurs, among others.
