Philippine Consulate receives Mr. Danilo Sarte Jr. of Ayala Land International
Consul Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil (right) met with Mr. Danilo M. Sarte Jr., Regional Manager of Ayala Land International Sales, during a courtesy call at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco on 24 June 2026.
The meeting explored potential areas of collaboration to support the Filipino community in Northern California, including participation in major Filipino community events, financial literacy initiatives, and information campaigns on investment and retirement opportunities in the Philippines. Consul Pangilinan-Daquipil also shared updates on the Consulate’s upcoming programs and highlighted opportunities for Ayala Land International Sales to engage with the Filipino American community through events such as Pistahan and other outreach activities. Mr. Sarte discussed Ayala Land International Sales’ efforts to promote Philippine real estate investments abroad and expressed interest in supporting future Consulate-led initiatives.
