PHILIPPINE CONSULATE IN SAN FRANCISCO AND AIDEA AND BAHAY SA PINAS DISCUSS AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS FOR FILIPINOS

San Francisco – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, led by Deputy Consul General Maria Paz G. Cortes, welcomed Mr. Abelardo M. Tolentino Jr., President and CEO of AIDEA and Mr. Bong Gutierrez, Founder and Strategist of Bahay sa Pinas on 9 May 2025. Deputy Consul General Cortes was accompanied by Vice Consul Glaiza M. Quarteros, and Ms. Mylene Juan of PTIC-SV.
Mr. Tolentino and Mr. Gutierrez presented the 4PH project – a collaborative housing project under the current administration, which aims to provide decent and affordable housing for Filipino workers in the Philippines.
Deputy Consul General Cortes congratulated them with their project and their participation in the Select USA Investment Summit and assured the Consulate’s support in future collaborations.
