Philippine Consulate Graces Induction Ceremony of the Alpha Phi Beta Fraternity North America West Coast Chapter

San Leandro, California – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, represented by Deputy Consul General and Acting Head of Post Maria Paz Cortes, Vice Consul Glaiza Quarteros, and Cultural Officer Anne Maris Estoya attended the induction of officers of the Alpha Phi Beta Fraternity North America West Coast Chapter on 18 January 2026.

Deputy Consul General Cortes served as the inducting officer during the ceremony. The newly inducted officers, led by Chancellor Benedict Angeles, solemnly pledged to conscientiously discharge the duties of their respective positions; to serve with integrity, loyalty, and respect; place the welfare of the fraternity above personal interests; and to exercise their authority with fairness, humility, and accountability, in keeping with the Fraternity’s core values of brotherhood, service and civic engagement.END
