PHILIPPINE CONSULATE CONGRATULATES KAISAHAN OF SAN JOSE ON ITS 44TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY

SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA — The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco showed its support to the Kaisahan of San Jose Co., Inc. during the celebration of its 44th Founding Anniversary held at the El Dorado Clubhouse in Sunnyvale, California on 19 October 2025.
The event, well-attended by members of the Filipino American community from across the Bay Area, showcased the passion and artistry of Kaisahan of San Jose through vibrant and colorful cultural performances that celebrated the rich heritage and traditions of the Philippines.
In her remarks, Consul General Maria Paz Cortes extended her warm congratulations to Kaisahan of San Jose on its anniversary and lauded the organization’s enduring commitment to promoting Philippine arts and culture. She underscored the importance of cultural organizations such as Kaisahan in San Jose in preserving Filipino traditions and in fostering cultural pride among the younger generation of Filipino Americans.
During the program, a new set of officers of Kaisahan of San Jose also took their oath of office, pledging to continue the group’s legacy of excellence in cultural performance and community service.
Founded in 1981, Kaisahan of San Jose Co., Inc. is an active professional dance company dedicated to promoting Philippine culture through song, music, and dance. It is recognized as the longest-running and award-winning Filipino dance company in South Bay, inspiring generations through its artistry and cultural advocacy.END
