PHILIPPINE CONSULATE CONDUCTS THE FINAL LOCKDOWN AND SEALING OF OVERSEAS VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM FOR THE 2025 PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ELECTIONS

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA – The Philippine Consulate’s Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEI) conducted the Final Lockdown and Sealing (FLS) of the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS) on 11 April 2025 at the Consulate’s Kalayaan Hall.
Led by SBEI Chairperson, Vice Consul Hannah Eloisse Go and joined by SBEI Poll Clerk Lucelyn Gumabay and SBEI Third Member Melecio Espia, the FLS was conducted in accordance with COMELEC’s established procedures and protocols to ensure that the OVCS contains zero (0) votes prior to the start of the election on 13 April 2025.
