PH CONSULATE ATTENDS SF ARCHDIOCESE’S FILIPINO MINISTRY GALA
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, led by Consul General Neil Ferrer and Madame Miriam Ferrer, attended the 11th Annual Gala of the Filipino Ministry of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of San Francisco—held at the Patrons Hall of the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption in San Francisco on 15 October 2023.
Consul General Ferrer commended the Filipino Ministry for initiating the San Francisco Archdiocese’s first-ever Philippine pilgrimage in 2024, in partnership with the Philippine Department of Tourism Office in San Francisco. The pilgrimage will take participants to heritage churches and monasteries in Cebu, Bohol, Iloilo, Guimaras, Pangasinan, Pampanga, and Metro Manila from 27 January to 9 February 2024.
The Filipino Ministry will also hold its annual parol-making workshop on 18 November 2023, the Simbang Gabi commissioning mass on 13 December 2023, and the annual Santo Niño fiesta on 13 January 2024. (San Francisco PCG photos)
