PH CONSULATE RECEIVES NATIONAL POLICE COLLEGE’S DELEGATION IN SAN FRANCISCO
Philippine Consulate Officials led by Consul General Neil Frank R. Ferrer welcomed National Police College’s (NPC) delegation led by Prof. Jhamine B. Rodriguez which will be undertaking an Experiential Learning Program jointly organized by NPC and Filipino American Law Enforcement Officers Association (FALEO) – Sacramento.
Also joining the call were Deputy Consul General Raquel R. Solano and Consul Rowena R. Pangilinan-Daquipil.
