PH CONSULATE JOINS LUNAR NEW YEAR CELEBRATION HOSTED BY SF MAYOR BREED

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco attended the Lunar New Year celebration of the City and County of San Francisco, led by Mayor London Breed and the Asian Pacific American Heritage Foundation, at the San Francisco City Hall on 21 February 2024.
Deputy Consul General Raquel Solano and Vice Consul Adrian Baccay joined the festivities, which highlighted the diversity of the city’s Asian American Community. San Francisco-based Filipino American group Parangal Dance Company performed Subanen dances Thalek and Sohten, featuring ceramic bowls that represent the indigenous people group’s trade with China.
