PH CONSULATE JOINS ANNUAL PH INDEPENDENCE DAY FIESTA IN WEST CONTRA COSTA COUNTY
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, represented by Vice Consul Adrian Baccay, attended the only Philippine Independence Day celebration in West Contra Costa County—organized by the Philippine Cultural and Historical Association and the Rotary Club of Hercules/Rodeo/Crockett at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church in Rodeo, California on 15 June 2024.
In his speech, Vice Consul Baccay announced the conduct of the Consulate’s consular outreach in the neighboring city of Pinole, California on 27 July 2024.
Emceed by “Britain’s Got Talent” finalist Madonna Decena, the event featured Filipino cultural performances, Filipino food and handicraft stalls, and an adobo cook-off challenge. Also in attendance was Fil-Am Pinole Vice Mayor Cameron Sasai. (San Francisco PCG photos)
