PH CONSULATE IN SF PROVIDES SERVICES TO ABOUT 500 FILIPINOS AND FIL-AMS IN FAIRBANKS, ALASKA

A 10-man team led by Consul General Neil Frank R. Ferrer conducted consular outreach services on 11-12 July 2021 at the Civic Center, Pioneer Park in Fairbanks, Alaska. About 500 Filipinos and FilAms in Fairbanks and surrounding areas were provided passport, dual citizenship, civil registry, legal and notarial, and overseas voting registration services.  During the 2-day outreach, Filipino-American leaders and volunteers headed by Ms. Betsy Engle and Mr. Jeff Anderson of the Filipino American Society of Fairbanks assisted the team in the conduct of consular services. PH Honorary Consul to Alaska Ms. Rebecca Carrillo also helped in coordinating the preparations for the team’s visit to Fairbanks, in partnership with FilAm community leaders. END
