PH CONSULATE IN SF COMMENDS IGLESIA NI CRISTO’S “CARE FOR HUMANITY” PROGRAM FOR NORCAL COMMUNITIES

Philippine Consul General in San Francisco Neil Ferrer joined the “Care For Humanity” (Lingap Sa Mamamayan) community outreach of the Iglesia Ni Cristo’s Ecclesiastical Districts of Northwest and Northeast California, and the Felix Y. Manalo Foundation at the San Jose Civic Center in San Jose, California on 30 October 2022.

In his remarks, Consul General Ferrer said that the program is a worthy occasion to celebrate the birthday of Iglesia Ni Cristo Executive Minister Brother Eduardo V. Manalo, and to conclude the celebration of Filipino American History Month.

Through your commitment to follow Christ both in words and in deeds, and your efforts to foster unity and cooperation not only among your brethren but also within the Filipino American Community, the Iglesia Ni Cristo has become a positive and transformative force in its own right in America,” Consul General Ferrer said.

Among the beneficiaries of the Iglesia Ni Cristo’s outreach are the Fil-Am Southbay Group, the Chinese American Institute for Empowerment, the Fremont Football and Cheer League, the United Filipino American Foundation, the Sacramento Autism Spectrum and Special Needs Alliance, and Hunger at Home.
