PH CONSULATE IN SAN FRANCISCO WELCOMES AYALALAND INTERNATIONAL SALES DELEGATION

San Francisco, CALIFORNIA – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco led by Consul General Neil Frank Ferrer welcomed top executives of AyalaLand International Sales on 23 June 2025 during a courtesy visit held at Romulo Hall, Philippine Center.
The visiting delegation included Mr. Rufino Hermann Gutierrez (Senior Managing Director), Ms. Trina Aguas (Country Head), Mr. Isidro “Archie” Fojas (Regional Director), Ms. Belle Lumaban (Marketing Operations Manager), and Ms. Anna Padilla (Senior Marketing Director).
Consul General Ferrer was joined by Deputy Consul General Maria Paz G. Cortes, Consul Rowena R. Pangilinan-Daquipil, and Economic Assistant Cristine Cia Clasara-Steylaerts.
During the meeting, the AyalaLand team shared updates on the company’s expansion in the United States, highlighted by the recent opening of their new office in Milpitas, California—an area strategically located within Silicon Valley. They also expressed plans to establish a presence on the East Coast and in the Midwest in response to growing demand among Filipino Americans and other U.S.-based investors.
The delegation noted a significant increase in interest from younger clients looking to invest in Philippine properties. The U.S. continues to be AyalaLand’s top international market, accounting for 30–40% of its global property sales.
The Consulate expressed support for AyalaLand’s efforts to promote Philippine real estate abroad and wished the delegation success as they continue their mission in Los Angeles. END
