PH Consulate in San Francisco Recognizes Community Partners at
Assistance-to-Nationals Appreciation Night

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco hosted the ATN Partners and Volunteers’ Appreciation Night at Sentro Rizal, honoring partner organizations and volunteers who support Assistance to Nationals programs.
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco hosted the ATN Partners and Volunteers’ Appreciation Night on 16 December 2025 to honor partner organizations and volunteers whose sustained contributions have significantly strengthened the Consulate’s Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) programs.
Through close collaboration with Filipino-American professional and civic organizations, the Consulate continues to deliver timely, practical, and people-centered assistance to Filipino nationals. These partnerships have expanded access to legal guidance, health education, and welfare support, reflecting a shared commitment to constructive engagement, responsible advocacy, and service grounded in professionalism and compassion.
During the event, the Consulate recognized the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – California Chapter for its monthly free legal aid clinics and the Philippine Nurses Association in Northern California for its regular health education programs. Individual partners were likewise commended for their dedicated service and personal contributions to the Consulate’s ATN initiatives. They are Atty. Flomy Diza, Atty. Lou Tancinco, and Mr. Jeremy Yves Vergara.
Consulate officials highlighted that, in 2025, it conducted a total of five (5) health education lectures and ten (10) free legal aid clinics, benefiting 116 Filipino nationals. They emphasized that such collaborative and solutions-oriented partnerships play a vital role in empowering Filipino nationals with accurate information, professional support, and meaningful assistance.
The Appreciation Night reaffirmed the Consulate’s commitment of working with community partners who engage constructively and responsibly in advancing the welfare and protection of Filipinos abroad, particularly through practical assistance, legal support, and rights-based interventions, including for individuals affected by immigration and detention-related concerns.
