Miss Philippines USA 2021 Cheska Angeles visited the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco on 17 March 2022, where she was welcomed by Consulate officials led by Philippine Consul General Neil Ferrer. Joining the Consul General are Deputy Consul General Raquel Solano, and Vice Consul Adrian Baccay.
In his message, Consul General Ferrer congratulated Ms. Angeles for winning the crown, and expressed his best wishes as she fulfills her role as an “ambassador of goodwill and role model” for the Filipino American Community.
Born in Olongapo City in the Philippines, Ms. Angeles is a working student from Tracy, California, located east of the San Francisco Bay Area. As an advocate of educating the Filipino youth, particularly street children, she aims to spend her reign as Miss Philippines USA to raise scholarship funds and donate proceeds to charities that promote education.
