SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH– The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco successfully conducted a consular outreach mission in Salt Lake City, Utah on 22–23 July 2025 at the Hilton Garden Inn, delivering much-needed consular services to Filipinos and Filipino Americans in the region.

The outreach enabled members of the Filipino community to conveniently access essential services such as passport processing and citizenship reacquisition under Republic Act No. 9225 (Dual Citizenship Law), without the need to travel to San Francisco. A total of 207 consular services were rendered during the two-day activity—comprising 130 passport services, 3 notarials and 74 dual citizenship petitions.

The outreach was conducted in close collaboration with the Community Alliance of Filipino Americans of Utah (CAFA Utah), led by Chairman Kathleya Gracida, who helped coordinate logistics and community engagement for the mission.

“CAFA Utah is happy to assist the Philippine Consulate General in bringing consular services closer to our kababayans. It is our honor to help serve the growing Filipino community in Utah and strengthen our connection to the Philippines,” said CAFA Utah Chairman Kathleya Gracida.

The Consulate expresses its appreciation to CAFA Utah and all volunteers who contributed to the successful conduct of the outreach.
