PH CONSULATE IN SAN FRANCISCO DELIVERS CONSULAR SERVICES TO FILIPINOS IN ELK GROVE CALIFORNIA
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco team during the consular outreach mission in Elk Grove, California on 04 October 2025, where a total of 265 consular services were successfully rendered in a single day.
ELK GROVE, CALIFORNIA, USA – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco successfully conducted a consular outreach mission on 04 October 2025 at St. Joseph Parish in Elk Grove, California, delivering essential consular services to Filipinos and Filipino Americans in the area.
The one-day outreach enabled members of the Filipino community to conveniently access services such as passport processing, notarials, and citizenship reacquisition under Republic Act No. 9225 (Dual Citizenship Law), without the need to travel to San Francisco. A total of 265 consular services were rendered, including 121 passport applications, 7 notarials, and 137 dual citizenship petitions.
The outreach was made possible through the strong support and collaboration of community partners—the Knights of Rizal – Sacramento Chapter, the Pray and Play Group of St. Joseph Parish, and the Filipino-American Law Enforcement Officers Association (FALEO)—who assisted in coordinating logistics and community engagement.
“The Knights of Rizal, FALEO, and the St. Joseph Parish Pray and Play Group were instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of the outreach. Their commitment highlights the spirit of bayanihan and service to the Filipino community,” the Consulate said.
The Consulate extends its sincere appreciation to its partner organizations and volunteers for their invaluable assistance in bringing government services closer to Filipinos in Northern California.
