The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco organized a Consular Outreach Mission in Tigard, Oregon, on 16-17 May 2025 at the DoubleTree by Hilton, providing a total of 431 services.

The consular outreach afforded Filipinos and Filipino Americans passport and dual citizenship services. Those who availed of the services are residents of Oregon and the neighboring states of Washington and Idaho, including Utah.

A team of volunteers led by Honorary Consul Enrico Tadeo assisted clients and the Philippine Consulate with confirming the appointments, initial evaluation of their documentary requirements, and the smooth flow of people in the queue.

The Consulate presented Certificates of Appreciation to the Filipino American Association of Portland and Vicinity, Inc. (FAAPV, Inc.), the Filipino American Association of Vancouver (FAAV), and the Filipino Bayanihan Center for their invaluable assistance and support during the conduct of the consular outreach.

Consul General Neil Frank R. Ferrer underscored the Consulate’s commitment to bring its services closer to the Filipino community across its jurisdiction and noted that this is the 5th consular outreach mission in the state of Oregon since 2021. END
