PH Consulate General in SF to hold Consular Outreach in Montana
13 September 2021
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco will conduct consular outreach services on 22-25 September 2021 at the Music Hall of the Kimpton Armory Hotel, located at 24 W Mendenhall St., Bozeman, Montana.
Passport, dual citizenship, civil registry, notarial and legal services, and overseas voting registration will be provided during the four-day outreach.
To secure appointments for passport, dual citizenship, civil registry, and notarial and legal services, applicants are advised to access the appointment site: tinyurl.com/PCGSFoutreach. The appointment system will open on 15 September 2021, 9:00 am Pacific Time.
Applicants wishing to register only for overseas voting for the 2022 Philippine national elections do not need an appointment. They cannot, however, obtain other consular services unless they have the required appointments for such services.
To protect public health and safety, applicants are required to always wear masks or face coverings while inside the premises of the consular outreach, observe social distancing, use hand sanitizers to disinfect themselves, and only come to the venue 15 minutes prior to their appointment. For information on CDC Mask Guide, please visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/about-face-coverings.html. To avoid crowding, only the consular applicants, with the exception of those assisting the elderly or PWD, will be allowed to enter the venue.
Applicants residing in Montana or other areas outside California but within the jurisdiction of the Consulate General who are unable to get an appointment at this consular outreach may be accommodated as walk-in applicants at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, subject to capacity limitations and existing health/safety protocols.
