PH CONSULATE BRINGS FILIPINO-THEMED CHRISTMAS TREE TO “CHRISTMAS IN THE PARK” IN SAN JOSE
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco is participating for the very first time in the “Christmas in the Park”, the largest Christmas community event in Silicon Valley, at Cesar Chavez Park in San Jose, California from 29 November 2024 to 1 January 2025.
Spearheaded in partnership with the Philippine Department of Tourism Office in San Francisco, the Consulate adopted a Christmas tree that was decorated with Filipino Christmas decors made of capiz & seashells and ornaments with the “Love the Philippines” logo.
A free admission event, “Christmas in the Park” has been a popular Christmas tradition in Downtown San Jose for the last 44 years. (San Francisco PCG photos)
