The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco reminds all qualified Filipino citizens, including dual citizens, that Overseas Voter Registration for the 2028 Philippine National Elections is ongoing until 30 September 2027.
Eligible overseas Filipinos who are not yet registered, or who need to update or reactivate their voter records, may do so during the registration period.
Registered overseas voters will be able to vote for President, Vice President, Senators, and Party-List Representatives in the 2028 National Elections.
Overseas voter registration requires personal appearance at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco or during designated consular outreach missions for the submission of documentary requirements and collection of biometric data.
REMINDER: Overseas voter registration is free of charge. Qualified applicants are encouraged to register early and avoid the last-minute rush.
