OVERSEAS VOTERS WITH NO/INCOMPLETE/CHANGED ADDRESS

Pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No. 10766, registered overseas voters who fall under any of these categories:
- Overseas voters with incomplete addresses;
- Did not provide addresses in their registration forms; or
- Indicated their addresses as “c/o Philippine Consulate General/447 Sutter St., San Francisco, CA 94108”
are informed that the List of Voters with No/Incomplete Address can be found in this link: List of Voters with No/Incomplete Address.
Overseas voters whose addresses have changed since they last registered may check their names in the List of Returned Postal Voting Packets.
Voters on the said lists may request mailing of the postal voting packets to their updated address or pick up the same from the Consulate during office hours.
Those who wish to update their mailing address in the voter’s registry must provide the following documents:
- a copy of valid Philippine passport;
- a copy of a document showing proof of current address (e.g. utility bill, driver’s license, etc.); and
- a duly accomplished OVF-1 form to apply for change of address (within the same Post and country).
For overseas voters in the list who would like their postal voting packets mailed to them, email us at [email protected] with subject OV-Change Address/RTS, as soon as possible but no later than 25 April 2022.
For overseas voters in the list who would like to pick up their ballots from the Consulate and immediately turn over their accomplished ballots to us, email us at [email protected] with subject OV-Change Address/RTS, as soon as possible but no later than6 May 2022.
