Onsite Voting Option For Registered Voters Who Have Not Received Their Ballot

Pursuant to COMELEC Letter No. OFOV-2022-0942 dated 29 April 2022, Overseas Voters who are registered with the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco and were sent their postal voting packets but who have not yet received the same, may claim their ballots at the Consulate in San Francisco from 4 May 2022 until 8 May 2022, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific time).

Overseas Voters are advised to check the List of Return-to-Sender and List of Incomplete/No Address in our website: https://pcgsanfrancisco.org.

To claim their ballots at the Consulate, Overseas Voters must bring the following:

1. Duly accomplished notarized affidavit/undertaking

2. Duly accomplished OVF-1

3. Copy of Philippine passport OR dual citizenship documents; and

4. Copy of proof of change address or current address (e.g., utility bill, driver’s license)

Overseas Voters are required to accomplish their ballots within the Consulate’s premises, and immediately drop off the same in the ballot drop box at the Consulate lobby.
