ADVISORY: Online Form for Overseas Voting Registration

ADVISORY: ONLINE FORM FOR OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION

The Philippine Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has opened its iRehistro website at https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/irehistro/ovf1. The said website allows Filipinos aged 18 years old and above, who are planning to register as overseas voters for the Philippine national elections, to fill out the Overseas Voting Form (OVF) 1 online. Accomplishing the OVF1 online will expedite their in-person registration at Philippine embassies and consulates worldwide.

The COMELEC clarifies that the iRehistro is NOT an online registration system. It is used only to fill out the OVF1 online and generate a QR code.

After filling out the OVF1 online, registrants are requested to print on paper the system-generated PDF file that contains their accomplished OVF1. The said printout will be submitted to the nearest Philippine embassy or consulate as one of the requirements for overseas voting registration.

For Filipinos under the jurisdiction of the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, information on the ongoing overseas voting registration is available online at https://pcgsanfrancisco.org/overseas-voting/.
