INVITATION: BANGON KABAYAN: PISTAHAN SA FULTON
In celebration of Filipino-American History Month, the Filipino American Center of the San Francisco Public Library will host an event titled “Bangon Kabayan: Pistahan sa Fulton (Rise Up, Fellow Filipinos) on 11 October 2025 at Fulton Street Steps, Fulton Plaza, Larkin Street, San Francisco from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The event aims to pay tribute to the powerful legacy of Filipino boxing in San Francisco and beyond from the turn of the 20th-century to today’s most beloved champions.
To be celebrated barrio-fiesta style, this community event will include live entertainment and will showcase music, art, food, and culture.
Admission is free.
