Deputy Consul General Raquel Solano and Vice Consul Adrian Baccay warmly welcomed newly crowned 2023 Mrs. Universe Meranie Gadiana Rahman to the Philippine Center in San Francisco on 24 November 2023. Gadiana Rahman, who hails from Cagayan de Oro City but now lives in Hawaii, was in San Francisco for a series of engagements.
