CONSUL GENERAL FERRER MEETS 2023 YOUNG ASIAN DIPLOMATS PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

Philippine Consul General in San Francisco Neil Frank Ferrer attended a breakfast meeting with participants of the Asia Foundation’s 2023 Young Asian Diplomats Program on 20 June 2023 at the City Club of San Francisco.

The “Young Asian Diplomat Program: Strengthening Emerging Asian Leadership in Global Relations” brought together fifteen young diplomats from Asia to participate in a three-week program of dialogue, exchange, and coursework on U.S. foreign and domestic policy; leadership training; exposure to key institutions; and an observation study tour, which took place on 4-21 June 2023, in Washington, D.C., New York, New Orleans, and San Francisco.

Philippines’ representative to the program is Mr. George Mariano Soriano of the Department of Foreign Affairs’ Office of Asset Management and Support Services.
