CONSUL GENERAL FERRER ENGAGES OFFICIALS OF MONTANA STATE UNIVERSITY BOZEMAN

Consul General Neil Ferrer met with Montana State University (MSU) Vice President for Research and Economic Development Dr. Alison Harmon, and MSU Office of International Programs Head Janelle Rasmussen on 4 November 2024, to discuss possible partnerships with Montana’s largest university. The meeting is part of Consul General Ferrer’s engagements during the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco’s consular outreach in Bozeman.

Established in 1893, the MSU is a public research university considered an R1 (“very high research activity”) university under the Carnegie Classification, one of only two universities in the United States to receive this classification with a “very high undergraduate” enrollment profile. The MSU currently has two Filipino students enrolled for Fall 2024. (San Francisco PCG photos)
