Appointment Slots for Passport, Dual Citizenship and Notarial Services

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco would like to announce that new passport appointment slots will be made available on 02 August 2021, at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time), through the Global Online Appointment System (GOAS). 

Those who wish to apply for appointments are advised to access the GOAS on 02 August at passport.gov.ph. Applicants must provide a valid Gmail or Yahoo e-mail address to get into the system. 

Appointment slots for Dual Citizenship and Notarial Services shall continue to be made available every Monday morning (except holidays) at 9:00 a.m. (Pacific Time) at the following site: tinyurl.com/PCGSFappointmentsystem.

In addition, appointment slots for the Consular Outreach in Utah on 11-14 August 2021 shall be made available on 26 July at 10:00 a.m. (Utah time) at the following site: tinyurl.com/PCGSFoutreach.
