ADVISORY ON POSTAGE STAMPS FOR OVERSEAS VOTING

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco wishes to inform registered overseas voters within its jurisdiction, who have received postal voting packets bearing two postage stamps, that they may add one (1) USPS Forever stamp on the ballot envelope and send the same to the Consulate. Alternatively, they may send their ballot envelope to the Consulate as is. Any deficiency in the amount of postage shall be paid for by the Consulate in accordance with USPS guidelines.
Voters may also drop off their ballot envelopes at the Consulate lobby until 9 May 2022 before 4 AM Pacific Time. For questions, email us at [email protected].
