Advisory on Overseas Voting Registration and iRehistro

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco wishes to inform the public that it is accepting applications for overseas voting (OV) registration for the 2022 Philippine National Elections until September 30, 2021.
Due to health and safety protocols, all consular services, including OV registration, are by appointment only. Interested registrants are advised to email [email protected] to secure an appointment for OV registration.
To ensure a speedy registration process at the Consulate, an applicant may accomplish, in advance, an OV registration form online through COMELEC’s iRehistro at https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/irehistro/ovf1. He/she may print the form with the QR code and bring it to the Consulate on the scheduled appointment date, along with proof of Philippine citizenship, such as a valid Philippine passport or a Dual Citizenship Identification Certificate.
