ADVISORY: New Postage Fee for Self-Addresses Stamped Envelopes
The public is hereby advised that effective 21 January 2024, the new fee for flat rate USPS Priority Mail Envelopes, which is required for the release of consular documents, including passports, civil registration documents, visas, and documents for legalization, is $9.85.
Applicants are requested to submit self-addressed stamped envelopes using the adjusted fee for postage.
