Additional Appointments for Passport, Dual Citizenship and Notarial Services
The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco would like to inform the public that it will be opening additional appointment slots for Passport and Dual Citizenship applications. The Consulate General will also begin accepting in-person applications for notarial services.
To book an appointment, please visit the Consulate General’s website at pcgsanfrancisco.org. Appointment slots will be made available on a weekly basis every Monday, between 9:00a.m. and 11:00a.m., except on holidays.
Please note that applications for consular services remain strictly by appointment only. The Consulate does not accept walk-in applicants, except those with emergencies. Social distancing and use of face covering are still required while inside the building. Those with emergencies or applicants residing outside of the Bay Area/Northern California who are unable to secure appointments are advised to e-mail the Consulate at the following email addresses:
