Consul Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil (left) received Rockwell Land International Sales Manager Eldwin Tecson (center) and International Sales representative Nigel Chua (right) during a courtesy call at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco on 9 October 2026 to discuss Rockwell Land’s outreach to Filipino communities in the United States and opportunities to strengthen engagement between Philippine businesses and overseas Filipinos.
Discussions focused on Rockwell Land’s residential developments in Metro Manila and in provincial growth areas such as Pampanga, Bulacan, Batangas, and Cebu, as well as growing interest among Filipinos abroad in condominiums, residential lots, and retirement options in the Philippines. The Consulate encouraged transparent and ethical engagement with overseas Filipinos, with clear information on payment terms and total obligations, and welcomed Rockwell Land’s practice of one-on-one client consultations. The delegation will continue its North American outreach in Los Angeles, San Diego, and Seattle.
