Philippine Consulate Welcomes REBAP and Landco Lifestyle Venturesto Discuss Real Estate Investment for Overseas Filipinos

Consul General Arnel G. Talisayon received representatives of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) and Landco Lifestyle Ventures during a courtesy call at the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco on 7 July 2026. The meeting was also attended by Consul Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil, Philippine Trade and Investment Center–Silicon Valley Trade Commissioner Anne Marie Kristine Umali, and Economic Assistant Danica Vismonte.
Representing the visiting delegation were Ms. Arlene Tadeo, Broker Host of Landco Lifestyle Ventures, and CRB Jennifer Cabuhat, Vice President for Internal Affairs of the REBAP Greenhills Chapter and REBAP RAP Coordinator with Landco Lifestyle Ventures. They briefed the Consulate on Landco Lifestyle Ventures’ tourism-oriented and mixed-use developments in the Philippines, as well as the organization’s efforts to promote responsible real estate investment opportunities among overseas Filipinos.
The discussion also highlighted the importance of consumer education, ethical real estate practices, and protecting overseas Filipinos from fraudulent property transactions. The delegation expressed its interest in partnering with the Consulate on future community information sessions to provide practical guidance on property ownership, retirement planning, and real estate investment in the Philippines.
The Philippine Consulate General welcomed the proposed collaboration and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting initiatives that empower overseas Filipinos through access to accurate information and responsible investment opportunities in the Philippines.(San Francisco PCG photo)
