Philippine Consulate in San Francisco Serves the Filipino Community, Delivers over 32,000 Consular Services in 2025

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, USA – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco (PCGSF) successfully delivered essential consular services to the Filipino community across its jurisdiction in 2025, completing a total of 32,676 consular transactions during the year.
Services included the processing of 7,948 passports, 15,508 notarial services, 2,791 civil registry and correction petitions, 402 visas, and 5,873 dual citizenship applications. The Consulate also delivered 1,153 Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) services, providing welfare support, referrals, and other forms of assistance to Filipinos in need.
To bring services closer to Filipinos living far from San Francisco and the Bay area, the Consulate conducted consular outreach missions in 11 cities across its jurisdiction and delivered a total of 3,093 consular outreach services, enabling more community members to access vital services without the need to travel to San Francisco.
These numbers emphasize the Consulate’s service-oriented mandate and its commitment to good governance, as it delivered consular services that follow established processes, uphold public trust, and make responsible use of public resources, while serving the Filipino community with professionalism, care, and dedication.
