PROJECT-TERM PERSONNEL FOR OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION
THE PHILIPPINE CONSULATE IN SAN FRANCISCO IS NOW HIRING TWO (2) PROJECT TERM PERSONNEL (PTP) FOR THE RESUMPTION OF THE CONTINUING OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION FROM 01 DECEMBER 2025 TO 30 SEPTEMBER 2027
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Filipino national and of legal age;
- Must be a registered overseas voter in San Francisco, California;
- Must possess a valid permanent residence/ green card or work visa;
- Able to operate IT equipment and peripherals
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in the registration process of Filipino overseas voters;
- Assist in the information dissemination, through promotional activities and events, to encourage overseas voting;
- Prepare materials for overseas voting registration
- Address queries related to overseas registration and voting;
- Perform other services that may be required in the exigency of the service.

- Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with cover letter of application;
- NBI Clearance or proof that NBI Clearance is in process;
- Scanned copies of the following: – Valid Philippine Passport – Valid permanent residence/ green card – Valid work visa
The hiring of PTP is subject to the approval and funding by the Commission of Elections (COMELEC) of the Republic of the Philippines.
The contract will be for a duration of three (3) months only, from 01 December 2025 to 31 March 2026, but may be renewed depending on the performance and the needs of the Philippine Consulate.
