PHILIPPINE CONSULATE MEETS WITH PUEBLO DE ORO EXECUTIVES

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco met with Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation CEO Prim Nolido, together with Ms. Maricar Espiritu, on 21 October 2025 at Romulo Hall, Philippine Center, where they presented the company’s expanding township projects in Batangas, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, and Pampanga. Mr. Nolido highlighted Pueblo de Oro’s commitment to developing master-planned, flood-free communities, as well as the strong and growing interest from overseas Filipinos, who now comprise 40% of their buyers.
The Philippine Consulate officials and the visiting team discussed opportunities for collaboration in upcoming community activities and ways to strengthen credible information channels for Filipinos abroad. END
