PH CONSULATE CONGRATULATES THE UNITED PANGASINANES OF AMERICA ON THEIR 60TH ANNIVERSARY

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA – On 8 November 2025, the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco, represented by Deputy Consul General Maria Paz G. Cortes and Cultural Officer Anne Maris Estoya, graced the United Pangasinanes of America, Inc.’s (UPAI) 60th Anniversary and Mrs. Pangasinan Coronation Dinner and Ball held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Foster City, California.

Joining the celebration of UPAI were representatives from its affiliated cities, including Dagupan, San Carlos, and Urdaneta, among others. Also gracing the occasion was Councilmember and former Mayor of Daly City, California, Juslyn Manalo.

During the celebration, President Charito Roxas-Wui paid tribute to all past UPAI Presidents, members, and former Mrs. Pangasinan titleholders for their steadfast support and invaluable contributions to the organization through the years.

The UPAI serves as the umbrella organization of 21 towns and 3 cities from the Province of Pangasinan and is recognized as one of the largest and most active Filipino American organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Among its notable initiatives is the provision of scholarships to deserving high school graduates in the Philippines, reflecting UPAI’s enduring commitment to education and community service of Pangasinanes both at home and abroad.END
