CONSULAR OUTREACH IN KALISPELL, MONTANA BY PH CONSULATE ENHANCES ACCESS TO SERVICES FOR FILIPINOS

KALISPELL, MONTANA – The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco successfully conducted a consular outreach mission in Kalispell, Montana on 19 August 2025, providing a total of 83 consular services to members of the Filipino community in the area.
The services rendered during the outreach included passport renewals, dual citizenship applications, and civil registration. The mission is part of the Consulate’s continuing efforts to make consular services more accessible to Filipinos living in remote and underserved areas within its jurisdiction.
The outreach was made possible with the generous support and coordination of local Filipino American community leaders and volunteers.
Consul Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil, who led the consular team, expressed her deep appreciation for the warm welcome and strong community cooperation. Members of the Filipino community also conveyed their gratitude for the Consulate’s continued engagement. They shared their appreciation for the effort to reach Filipino residents in distant areas, many of whom face significant travel barriers when accessing consular services.
This outreach forms part of the Consulate General’s mission to promote inclusive service delivery and strengthen ties with Filipino communities across the Northwestern United States.
The Consulate General extends its heartfelt thanks to all volunteers and partners who helped make the Kalispell outreach a success.
