Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco Sends Off VIP Tour Participants

PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL IN SAN FRANCISCO SENDS OFF VIP TOUR PARTICIPANTS

The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco officially kicked off its 2024 Very Important Pinoy (VIP) Tour on 19 July 2024 with a heartfelt send-off for twenty participating Filipino-Americans at the San Francisco International Airport.

The Consulate General, represented by Consul Rowena Pangilinan-Daquipil, Philippines’ Department of Tourism- San Francisco Director Soleil Tropicales, Economic Assistant Jennifer Sto. Domingo, and Tourism Assistant Stephanie Hermoso, shared their excitement for the participants and their upcoming adventure. 

Consul General Neil Frank R. Ferrer and Consul Vanessa Bago-Llona, who are also part of the VIP Tour, are already in Manila for economic-related meetings.

A total of 58 individuals from the Consulate’s jurisdiction are embarking on a ten-day journey to experience the beauty and warmth of the Philippines. They will be exploring the vibrant cities of Manila, Bacolod, and Cagayan de Oro.  The VIP Tour is designed to showcase the Philippines’ rich culture, stunning landscapes, and renowned hospitality. The Consulate hopes that this experience will foster a deeper connection to their homeland among the participants. END
