CONSUL GENERAL FERRER JOINS FYLPRO MAGITING ROADSHOW, CITES FYLPRO’S ROLE IN FIL-AM YOUTH ENGAGEMENT
The Magiting Roadshow of the Filipino Young Leaders Program (FYLPRO) made a stop in San Francisco on 17 April 2024, with Philippine Consul General Neil Ferrer attending the information event and networking mixer at the Philippine Center’s Dynamico Space.
In his remarks, Consul General Ferrer cited the Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center’s public-private partnership with Dynamico to support Philippine and American startups through mentorship sessions and networking opportunities in Silicon Valley. He also recognized the 2023 cohort of FYLPRO’s immersion program for having the biggest-ever Northern Californian delegation to the annual immersion in the Philippines.
Launched in 2012, FYLPRO provides an elite group of young Filipino American leaders and professionals with invaluable government, business and community insights, and access to distinguished network captains of government and industry in the Philippines.
