New Indonesian Consul General in San Francisco Prasetyo Hadi paid a courtesy call on Philippine Consul General Neil Frank R. Ferrer at the Philippine Center in San Francisco on 27 January 2022, to discuss possible areas of cooperation between the Philippine and Indonesian missions in San Francisco. Consul General Ferrer affirmed the longstanding bilateral relations between the two neighboring Southeast Asian nations, and committed to work with the new Indonesian Consul General in addressing mutual concerns in the United States Pacific Northwest. Deputy Consul General Raquel R. Solano and Vice Consul Adrian Audrey L. Baccay joined the call, which was the Indonesian Consul General’s first in-person meeting with a San Francisco-based head of mission following his arrival in the U.S. in mid-January.
