The Consulate has not received your new passport. Usual processing time is between 6-8 weeks.
Mailed/Active
Use the courier tracking number provided to track the passport delivery. You may track the envelope at the website of the chosen courier.
Available for Pickup
Pickup time/releasing is every Wednesday at the 6th Floor of the Philippine Consulate from 9:00 a.m.-12 noon and from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., except on Philippine and US holidays.
Important Notes
a. If applicant will personally pick-up the new passport – applicant must come in person and bring his/her (1) Passport Claim Stub and (2) latest passport. The latest passport must be cancelled first before the new passport can be released.
b. If applicant cannot personally claim the passport – applicant can authorize a representative to claim it on his/her behalf. The authorized representative must present to the Consular Officer/Staff an (1) Authorization Letter signed by the principal, together with a photocopy of the (2) principal’s valid ID and (3) authorized representative’s valid ID, in addition to the Passport Claim Stub and latest passport of the passport applicant.
c. If applicant chooses to receive the new passport by mail – applicant may (1) surrender OR (2) mail to the Philippine Consulate his/her valid passport before the Consulate can release and mail the new passport to the recipient’s address. The valid passport must be cancelled first before the new passport can be released. Both old and new passports will be mailed back to the applicant. If the latest passport being renewed is already expired, it will be returned to the applicant during the passport application process.

Other Reminders
- Applicant must check if all the data on the new passport are correct.
- The new passport of the minor applicant shall be released only to the parents or adult siblings or to an authorized representative with an Authorization Letter.
- New passports unclaimed after one year from the date of application will be cancelled. In such cases, applicant must apply again for a new passport with payment of corresponding fees and resubmission of requirements.
- Do not staple anything on the passport booklet especially the covers as it may damage the electronic chip and render the passport unreadable.
