2024 VALLEJO PISTA SA NAYON TEAM FETED AT THE ANNUAL PH INDEPENDENCE DAY GALA
The 2024 Vallejo Pista sa Nayon (Village Festival) Organizing Committee was recognized during the annual Philippine Independence Day gala night of the Philippine Cultural Committee, held at the Filipino Community of Solano County Center in Vallejo, California on 21 June 2024.
Vice Consul Adrian Baccay joined city officials—including Vallejo Mayor Robert McConnell and American Canyon Mayor Leon Garcia—in the celebration, where he personally congratulated Organizing Committee Chair Jennie Mojica and Co-Founder Eloise Scott.
The Vallejo Pista sa Nayon marked its 38th year at the historic Mare Island Coal Sheds on 1 June 2024 with a gathering of Filipino American cultural performers, fashion designers, martial artists, food stalls and trucks, and handicraft pop-ups, which attracted tens of thousands of attendees.
